Why society is messed up

Society is falling apart due to the fact that no one can take accountability and they have to try beating something to death to prove a point or falsifying their facts to make themselves seem important. The people who are on the front lines of society and the issues are the only ones who know the true source of the problems and the clear direction we need to go in. So, having money or a four degree does not make you right  or capable to handle things, you have to have common sense and experience as well to make a non biased opinion or observation  on the deal along with having a straight shooter, no bullshit attitude to make decisions that are credible. Also we need to stop thinking we are owed everything and the good ol boy system since it seems to be fucking everything up because you don't have the right people in the positions that need the right person and people/government  need to stop thinking they are owed every damn thing or have the right to it.
