health

My senses and other things seem to be getting sharper, just motivation is needing a adjustment. But thats what happens when something keeps making you sick or feeling run down. so not sure how to go about this, but i will start. This world has so much negativity in it and it transfers over to jobs and society as well as your inner self becomes tainted to the core almost to much, i am just saying, in a world where it seems that businesses and services and long with government just seem to live on the negative or screw one another, its hard to believe their haven't been more shootings or attacks. I am mentally tired of always being strong or optimistic when the world around you thrives on negativity. So i am thinking this might be one reason i will be getting rid of facebook, so much negativity  and i haven't slept as well as i had last night since not being on it. so it shows that sometimes these sites can effect your health.  I am looking at to achieve a universal fit, body and mind and spirit, i know  i won't always be able to keep the temper from showing, but i thinking i will use a healthy way of keeping it in check as well as a healthier outlook, there is always going to be negativity, but it all depends on how you let it affect you. it just seems that this world has gone global with negativity since the invention of the internet and people skills seem to be going by the way side to much.
